Two, on the lower-level patio, open year-round. No glass in or around the tubs; children must be supervised by an adult, and guests who are pregnant or have heart conditions or high blood pressure should check with a doctor before soaking.

The driveway is steep. November–March, 4WD/AWD or snow tires are recommended, and the terrain may not suit elderly or mobility-impaired guests.

Yes — linens and bath towels are provided for all guests. Bring toiletries and extra pool towels if you want them.

The primary renter must be 30+. Families and responsible adult groups only — no sororities, fraternities, or non-chaperoned groups.

A 10-minute walk or short drive down the road. The slip holds one motorized vessel, guaranteed Memorial Day–Labor Day. The path down is steep; trailer parking is at the house. Life jackets are required for children under 13 on all watercraft.

Shop 'N Save is the nearest full grocery, a short drive away. Fireside Deli for gourmet and wine, Arrowhead Market for quick essentials. It's a rural area — stock up on the way in.
